Allison Cameron is the immunologist of the team. At the beginning of the show, she had been on the team for six month, and she's the younger of the three ducklings.
She got married at 21, while still in college, to a man who, six months later, died of cancer. She fell in love with her husband's best friend, Joe, but never slept with his because she couldn't have lived with herself.
She is a very kind woman, but she still has trouble with death. More than once, she has found difficult telling patients that they were dying.
She is in love with House, and she used to be very open with her feelings, but after their date in "Love Hurts" and Stacy's return, she decided to try to move on.
Of course, as much as she now denies it, we know she's still in love with him!
